My Gran died at 9am (US time) this morning. I have spent the rest of the day in a total haze of depression. My friend Fish came over, he turned around from going to work to be with me and be a friendly kind of shadow for me today.
some of you knew her or met her and know that she was an amazing, tenacious, vital and kind woman...I am totally blown away by the sequence of events. She contracted acute Leukemia and had pneumonia also and had been in the hospital for 2 weeks, but was improving. I can't really talk/write about it now, but I will explain all in the coming days.
